Pampas Las Vegas is fully committed to providing our guests with a clean and healthy dining experience. In response to the Corona Virus, COVID-19, we have instituted a number of policies to ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness are being followed. Some of our efforts include increased handwashing and glove usage by staff, increased sanitization of heavily used surfaces, attendant service of our buffet items, and social distancing within our restaurant.
With these efforts in place, we plan to remain open for business during this time if you would like to come in, and if not we offer a full line of items available for delivery to your home or hotel.

Pampas Las Vegas is the original Las Vegas Strip Churrascaria! For 17 years, our rodizio has been serving delicious churrasco to guests and groups on the Strip. Featuring a variety of meats, sides, desserts and bar options, it's the ultimate dining experience. Our event and banquet options include a variety of rooms to fit intimate events with as few as four guests, to large gatherings of 350. All of our rooms are equipped with TVs or projectors to showcase your content of choice, and our flexible configuration allows for the perfect event layout.
