Some of our most frequently asked questions, answered.

Location

What is a churrascaria?
A churrascaria is a Brazilian restaurant where a variety of meats are cooked on a unique system of rotating skewers.

What is a rodizio restaurant?

Our style of service is an all-you-can-eat restaurant where the food comes to your table, with a stopper on the table that signals if you want more food.

How long has Pampas Las Vegas been open?
We've been open since 2004 at our current location.

Where are you located?
We're located at the Miracle Mile Shops that's connected to the Planet Hollywood Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Do you have other locations?
We do not. Pampas is a region of South America, so there are various restaurants in the U.S. and abroad called "Pampas".

Where do guests park?
The nearest parking is the Miracle Mile parking lot off of Harmon Ave. and Audrie St. Pampas along with other Miracle Mile restaurants does not validate parking.

Menu

How does Pampas prepare its meats?
Our meats are cooked fresh, seasoned with rock salt only, and some like our garlic sirloin get additional seasonings. If you want your meats served at a specific doneness, your server will be more than happy to provide it to you.

Does Pampas only offer buffet options?
We also offer à la carte menu options, found in the menu tab at the top of our page.

Is the salad bar open at Pampas?
We closed the salad bar at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. Currently we bring the sides directly to your table when you are seated, and the salad bar will reopen after renovations in the near future.

Are there vegetarian buffet options?
We have a vegetarian rodízio during both lunch and dinner, listed on our lunch and dinner menus at the top of the site.

What gluten-free options are offered?
Most of our menu does not contain gluten. Items like the fried shrimp, salad croutons and desserts do contain gluten.

Does Pampas offer a breakfast or brunch?
We did years ago, but currently do not. We offer lunch or dinner rodízio and a la carte items.

Reservations

Do customers need a reservations to dine at Pampas?
Reservations are recommended, but not required. Please keep in mind we cannot forecast waiting times for customers without a reservation.

How can customers make a reservation?
On our website in the reservations tab or at 702-737-4748.

What happens if a customer is running late?
We have a ten minute grace period. If you're running late, call us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

How big of a group can I reserve for?
As many as you'd like! Over 10 people would need a deposit that would go towards the bill. We also have banquet rooms for groups of all sizes, from 4 to 350.

Pricing

Is there different pricing for children?
Yes, children under 5 years old eat for free, and children between 6 and 12 years old eat for half off the standard menu price of the rodizio.

Can guests use discounts or vouchers on holidays?
We do not accept discount programs (vouchers, coupons, Groupons, etc) on holidays where we offer special menus. Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and others would be an example. Please call us at 702-737-4748 to confirm if your discount is applicable.

Does Pampas offer a military discount?
We offer a 10% discount for current and former military with proof of ID. Please note that guests may only use one discount per meal, and cannot combine multiple offers.

Can I combine discounts?
Guests are allowed one discount per meal, so combining discounts would not be an option. Gift cards that are purchased at a discounted rate would be considered a discount, and would follow the same stipulation.

Pricing

Are dogs allowed at Pampas?
Yes. Depending on the breed, we may need to seat your party outside, however we will gladly accept your party and pooch.
